Seven Spirit Bay’s Wawidada Pavilion enjoys an elevated position overlooking the pristine waters of Coral Bay. From here, you’ll savour delightful sea breezes and classic Northern Territory sunsets before indulging in innovative, high quality cuisine prepared by our in-house chefs. The expansive restaurant also includes a delightful lounge and bar, the perfect meeting place after a day of adventure. The wide, never-ending veranda is also a perfect spot to sit, relax and soak up the atmosphere of this magical location.

Produce

All cuisine is prepared by the resort's in house chefs using only the finest and freshest produce, grown and caught locally where possible and also sourced from around Australia.

Catch of the day

Any catches from the day's offshore or tidal river boating activities are also freshly prepared and served, often only hours after being reeled in.

  • King prawns, smoked fish whip, spinach, tomato, & pea salad with a desert lime glaze
  • Slow cooked duck leg, honey roasted carrots, broccoli, paris mash with a quandong jus
  • Locally caught mud crabs with chilli and ginger
  • Freshly caught fish BBQ grilled with lime and herb seasoning. Species include coral trout, golden snapper, barramundi and mangrove jack
